Here’s a really good basic yoga poses for beginners that can be done in as little as 15 minutes each morning, as demonstrated by Jason Crandell in this YouTube excerpt from the Yoga Journal Complete Beginner’s Guide DVD . I did find it challenging to follow along at first, since some familiarity with the asanas really helps, but freezing the action during the first few runs through it lets you stay caught up. After a few sessions, it’s no problem to follow along. This is a nice routine to start out your day with.
