Yoga Meditation Positions Bring Relaxation and Peace

One of the big reasons I started to include certain yoga meditation positions into my daily yoga meditation was to reduce my stress level and to reconnect with a sense of peace and tranquility that can so easily elude us in our daily lives. There are indeed some yoga meditation poses that are particularly good at bringing you into this state of awareness. Here’s a really short but informative video with Ozzie Jacobs that shows how to begin to lower your stress level and increase your level of spiritual peace and physical relaxation.

As you saw here in the video, very simple yoga meditation positions such as these can bring about very big changes both immediately and over the long run. The yoga connection of movement and breath really does work to effectively calm the emotional fluctuations of my own mind.
